Refund Policy : Rewardo

At Rewardo, we operate a digital rewards platform. Users earn wallet credits by scanning QR codes from authorized franchise products. As we do not sell physical goods or charge users for participation, traditional refunds do not apply.

Non-Refundable Rewards

  • Rewards earned through QR code scans are non-purchasable and non-refundable.
  • Once credited to the user’s in-app wallet, rewards cannot be exchanged, reversed, or refunded.

Withdrawal Transactions

  • Once a withdrawal request is processed and the funds are transferred to the registered bank account, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • Rewardo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers or banks.

Error Resolution

  • In case of a technical issue resulting in incorrect wallet credit or failed withdrawal, users must report the issue to our support team within 7 working days.
  • Rewardo will investigate and, if verified, make necessary adjustments.

Unauthorized Use

  • Rewardo is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account. Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
